Because our products are personal care items, we generally accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7Â days of delivery.
That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected.
If something went wrong
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or didn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Woof@thedogshampoo.com .
While we can’t accept returns of opened products in all cases, we’ll review each situation individually and do our best to make it right.
